Designed by Mortan Dunn architects. The classic style period home has been extensively renovated and extended. The existing roof space was fully utilised accommodating two bedrooms, bathroom and living area. The home now has the modern comforts of a new home including open living areas, indoor swimming pool, alfresco with a second kitchen. Clerestory windows were also incorporated into the design allowing for extra light and ventilation.
