Crocker Street

This project is a renovation and extension of a large 1920’s home situated near Lake Wendouree, Ballarat. Designed by Moloney Architects the l-shaped extension is a contemporary addition with the new works included kitchen, butler’s pantry, dining area, lounge room and study. Large sliding doors on the north and west facades open up the living spaces and connect the interior to the courtyard.
