Dawson Avenue

Ballarat architects Mortan Dunn designed the Dawson Avenue home to sit elegantly amongst older style homes on the Avenue. The key features of the design include a high roof line with timber lined dutch gables, solid timber period vents and a wide veranda with heavy dual posts complimenting the home from the front street elevation. Dawson Avenue was also a winner of the Central HIA Housing Awards.
