Windermere ProjectÂ
The Windermere project was in desperate need for tender loving care. The original facade was retained due to heritage overlay, while the rest of the dwelling was demolished and rebuilt into a new three bedroom, two living dwelling. A two bedroom townhouse was also built at the rear of the property. Despite the many challenges along the way, the Windermere project was very rewarding for the Miles & Co Builders team as it allowed us to restore and enhance Ballarat’s heritage streetscape.
